What a difference a few days can make – nine to be exact!
After another disappointing loss to the Cardinal and a likely exit from the BCS National Championship game two Thursday’s ago, the No. 6 Ducks returned home Saturday afternoon to throttle the Utah Utes 44-21 – and to also make a statement they’re not quite done fighting for the conference championship.
In his post game press briefing, Oregon head coach Mark Helfrich discusses the win over a very physical Utah team, the health of Duck quarterback Marcus Mariota and his teams game plan to limit Mariota’s rushing attack to protect his injured knee.
